Inspired by Zhuozhou’s profound historical and cultural heritage, Deyuan Yunjing Sales Center integrates Eastern artistic conception with Western luxury, creating a 712-sqm high-end sales space that balances humanity, art and functionality. The design abandons excessive commercial sense, focuses on natural light and material texture, and builds an immersive luxury sales center interior that reflects the city’s vitality and elegance.

Translucent marble and natural stone textures shape the space’s luxurious temperament, while the sand table area and light and shadow overlapping enhance the sense of transparency and three-dimensionality. Natural light is introduced into the interior according to the building structure, forming a rich natural atmosphere with the sun’s rise and fall, which also endows the space with long-term reusability and embodies the concept of sustainable interior design.

The negotiation area adopts a symmetrical layout, with neat tables and chairs and artistic installations echoing the local culture, creating an elegant and low-key atmosphere. The deep negotiation area is designed as a tea room, weakening commercial sense and providing a comfortable social space. The bathroom integrates fountain landscape elements and artistic wall lamps, balancing functionality and aesthetics. The children’s area is linked with the leisure area, equipped with custom art installations and amusement facilities. The whole project, through elaborate high-end sales center decor, combines artistic interior styling with cultural connotation, creating a luxury commercial space that integrates viewing, communication and leisure, and explores new possibilities for future human settlements.
