On 12 Nov 2025, Four Seasons officially announced 6 new hotels and 3 residential projects in Saudi Arabia, with Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah as the heritage flagship adjacent to UNESCO At-Turaif site.
On 7 Jan 2026, Diriyah Company and Midad signed a joint development agreement, marking their first major partnership.
The hotel is part of Diriyah’s two master plans (14km² Diriyah + 62km² Wadi Safar), which will deliver nearly 40 luxury hotels.
Designed as a traditional Saudi village cluster with courtyards, colonnades and pathways, the hotel maximizes valley views while ensuring privacy and resort ambiance.
The project offers ultra-luxury facilities including fine dining, spa, pools, meeting & event spaces, catering to royal, high-end corporate and cultural tourism guests.
