The academy has long been the guardian and inheritor of Chinese civilization. Rooted in contemporary living context, this project takes Oriental rituals as the spiritual core, integrating historical heritage, humanistic philosophy and modern aesthetics. With modest and restrained design language, traditional artistic conception is naturally embedded into modern space, exploring cultural roots, original life and humanistic spirit.
Entrance Ritual
The welcoming pine opens the spatial prelude, vigorous, elegant and dignified, stretching branches like greeting guests with open arms, showing the grace of a gentleman and Oriental hospitality, shaping a solemn and elegant entry ceremony. Mountains mirror in water, virtual and real coexist, forming a poetic picture, quiet and ethereal, bringing inner peace and spiritual resonance.
Tea Ritual
Making and serving tea is an Oriental living ritual as well as humanistic sentiment. Tea carries ethics and expresses courtesy; a cup of tea conveys respect, calmness and freedom, interpreting the gentleness and composure of Chinese lifestyle aesthetics.
Encounter Ritual
Ritual is the foundation of Chinese humanity. “Without learning rituals, one cannot establish oneself.” Mutual respect and sincerity form the emotional bond of space. Greeting guests with tea upon arrival practices hospitality in details, letting rituals integrate into daily life and nourish the heart.
Light Ritual
Light shapes the artistic conception of space. Natural light and artistic lighting interweave to create a bright, transparent, warm and flexible atmosphere, eliminating impetuosity and anxiety, returning body and mind to peace, and feeling the true beauty of life.
Book Ritual
Books nourish the mind and culture cultivates temperament. Reading broadens vision and mind. The space integrates scholarly charm, conveying the Oriental philosophy of “Reading ten thousand books, traveling ten thousand miles”, creating a humanistic field with cultural depth and spiritual height.
Worldly Ritual
Learning from nature, every season holds scenery. Integrating four seasons’ vitality into space echoes life rhythm and vitality, endowing space with warmth, vitality and humanistic care, forming a model of contemporary Oriental ideal residence.
This project adopts modern Oriental FF&E design for overall implementation, with integrated control from spatial conception, material texture, color charm to furnishing details. The 1200㎡ sales pavilion fully presents the spiritual core and life aesthetics of ritual-oriented Oriental style, achieving high unity of design concept and actual effect.
